Refund & Return Policy

At Rewind, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1. Returns & Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged  
- Defective  
- Incorrect (wrong item received)  

We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered  
- Change of mind  
- Incorrect address provided by the customer  

2. Refunds  
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective  
- You receive the wrong product  

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

3. Order Cancellation  
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed.

4. Non-Delivery  
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping provider before issuing any refund or replacement.
